I had a technical phone interview with two of the IT staff members. They asked me some basic questions about my past work experience and my methodology when programming. The bulk of the interview was spent writing some code. We wrapped up with some time for me to ask them questions.

I was given a description of a fairly simple problem in a Google Doc. It didn't require any specific language or algorithm knowledge. I was asked to code a solution to the problem in the Google Doc.
