Since they apparently lack a recruitment process, I had a first contact from one of the founders. The first interview he "forgot" to show up. I decided to give them a second chance, during the interview the questions did not have a clear objective. After two weeks, I received a generic email saying that I did not advance to the next stage. A total waste of the most valuable thing a candidate has: their time.
