Entrevista
The first interview was mostly a discussion about the position itself and the training that one would go through. The second interview was a coding question. The third interview focused on soft skill questions and how you get marketed to other companies. Part of the process is that they "enhance" your resume. To do this they add experiences to it that (you have not had) make you look more qualified than you actually are. Since I would not agree to this I was not extended an offer.

El proceso fue bastante relajado. Te hacen contestar un hacker rank muy facil. Despues me pidieron algunos documentos, pero al final me dijeron que ya no era candidato. Fue muy extraño, puesto que se suponia ya estaba todo hablado.

Phone screen 1 minute for basic information. Job description, Pay rate, etc. Coding interview online Python, SQL, theoretical problem such as caculating maximum likelihood. It only takes 20 minutes. Not very difficult.

Entrevista
Straight forward, with a few steps along the way. Not too many questions asked, and a relatively easy technical test. The recruiters were nice and helped get the process done quickly.
