I placed my resume on a job site and within hours I was contacted by the Director of Nursing. We spoke briefly on the telephone. The DON then asked when I would be available for an in person interview. I told her anytime was fine with me and she then asked if I was available that day. I was, so we agreed to meet at the facility. We met at the facility where she proceeded to give me a tour and tell me about the history of the place the additional facilities and what my job would entail. She was very straightforward and did not beat around the bush about the pay, hours and benefits. Believe it or not I liked how everything sounded so I accepted the job right then and there!
