The interview lasted quite long, maybe about an hour and a half. I was interviewed by the Senior Teacher Manager and the Center Director. They asked very detailed questions about teaching, some of which were quite technical for someone without an education background. However, the overall process was still manageable and doable. It felt thorough but fair.

Overall, it was a positive experience. The interview process I had with EF 1 was very detailed and interactive, which I truly appreciated. I enjoyed my interview with English 1 and felt supported throughout.
Told me one thing in the interview and then changed things around once I arrived to the country. Make sure have documented what was actually and hold them to what was actually said so you don't have the wool pulled over your eyes.

Entrevista
It was a pretty quick interview overall, and the process felt quite straightforward. They asked a few common questions first, then continued with some classroom-related questions afterward. They also mentioned that they are still reviewing quite a lot of candidates at the moment, so I think there are quite a few applicants for the role.
