They sent out a mass invite to a recruitment event saying it would last 1-2 hours. There wasn't really any reply to emails sent so you just had to attend. It felt like a hospital waiting room with about 60 people and they took people in randomly. It seemed disorganised and they kept some people waiting for 3 hours. There was a disregard for other people's time. I've never experienced this before. The actual interview felt quick and rushed.
