After applying online, I received a phone screen within 24 hours. I was then scheduled to interview via video conference. Interviewing isn't a strength of mine. Ironically, I am more comfortable with kids than I am adults. After looking at the reviews on here and watching youtube videos, I am glad I wasn't offered a position. Dodged a bullet. Company culture appears to be relatively more conservative and rigid than other companies in the same field. I have an interview with a smaller program tomorrow. Wish me good luck!

The entire process was very quick and fast moving! From application to being offered a job took around a week. The interview was very calm and comfortable with the interviewer engaging and asking very “easy” questions. All of the questions were to give examples of given situations from your own personal experiences. Teaching experience was not expected or necessary just have the ability to justify and apply your previous experiences.
