I applied online while I was employed at another hospital. I heard back from them a couple of months later. The Director returned my call. We had a great conversation and made a date to have interview. It went well and she made an offer. It was a very straightforward process.

They asked my salary requirement. Their offer was less than what I was currently earning. However, the culture of the organization was less stressful. I would have an equal level PTO and benefits. The location was also more convenient, so I accepted.
