Interview process is excessively long and drawn out. Many interviews, case study with writing assignment with little direction, questionnaire that asked strange questions and was too long, awkward personalities in the firm who I would not put in front of clients and think they are smarter than they really are. They want you to think you are about to land the job, but in reality they are interviewing many candidates for one job and then hire no one and waste everyone's time. They make the pay sound high, but when they actually tell you (much later in the process after you have invested a lot of time) and you actually crunch the numbers, it is not.
