I forwarded my resume and my portfolio links and after that, I got a call from the HR and I was assigned a task and I was asked to take my own time to submit the task, this made me feel much comfortable with them. The HR understands the candidate over the call and gives respect and time to the candidate to complete their work and does not rush the candidate. I submitted the work in 4 days and the task that was assigned to me was great and made me think out of the box. I really enjoyed the task and did it with full enthusiasm and spirit. Then went for the face to face interview where in which CEO questions about your work and experience and also he was a cool nice man, the way they treated me made me understand that there is no hierarchy or micromanagement followed in Engagedly. Though I wasn't selected I look forward to working with them in future. Great people.......Well organized work environment...
