I applied online and later was given two interview/evaluation opportunities. The first one is a phone call with the engineering VP, we discussed about the projects I did before and how I did them (with what kind of technology). Then, I was told to finish a take-home coding assignment, which was a straight-forward problem. I was rejected after I submit my code.
