Phone screening with a recruiter was the first step. Scheduled for 30 minutes. Recruiter began saying if there were any pauses after an answer they were listening they just had to write down notes. Then there was a rapid fire of 8 questions, which after i adequately answered the recruiter simply said "ok" and then spat out the next question. I felt as though the interviewer did not listen to my answers at all or have any knowledge about the position. Very monotone and honestly unprofessional. The interview took 13 minutes. Not a great experience, clearly an unexperienced recruiter.
