I was recruited by phone after meeting an employee at an event. I went to the office for first round of interview, with maybe 4 people. A week or so later, I went back for second round of interview and they presented me with an offer. About a week later, I accepted the offer.

Not unexpected, but important: why do you want to work here?
Basically something like 4 stages of interviews: Recruiter Screening, 2 Interviews with Behavioral Questions, Last Interview.
The 2 interviews were basically the same questions just with different people. Questions are what you would imagine would be asked for this role.

Entrevista
Was called for the initial phone interview. The HR rep in California called me 35 minutes late which threw me off guard because I was in the process of emailing my company contact to reschedule the call. HR rep was unenthusiastic and seemed like he was too busy and was forced into conducting a phone interview. Overall it was a bad experience and interview for me.
