What really stood out to me is how they emphasized hiring for “good kindergarten skills”, told me in the final round interview that I gave good answers, then quietly ignored any and all follow up questions I had. They said they would respond with next steps in 1-2 weeks (Alexander Gutkowski), then eventually auto-rejected me almost four. weeks. later. Hypocrisy deserves to be called out when it significantly affects a candidate’s life. I was waiting on their decision before deciding whether or not to proceed with a training program, the deadline of which has since passed. I would advise against interviewing with this company for that reason.
