Manager had very few questions to ask me regarding my experience using Workday and how I created/designed specific reports. 2nd interview was rather unorganized and short, even though it was with 4 people. Again, no focus on what my Workday experiences were and how I could use them to contribute to the college. I would expect at this point that they would have me elaborate my current work in Workday. They did not. I've had better interviews.
