I noticed the job offer due to a friend recommendation. They contacted me right away, asking for my preferences, my english level with a few questions , and I had the first interview 4 days later. The interview was with two girls from HR. They explain the job, company background, organizational structure, culture and in a very clear way, the responsabilities and challenges of the current position. It was a great first interview. Then two days later they call me to schedule a second interview with the >Manager Director, I had just one day to ask for permition on my current job and do everything I could to get that interview. I meet the CM he was really nice, all the interview was in english and he ask me to explain few things and stand up write them down on a blackboard. Then I had to send a knowledge test with a powerpoint presentation. After this they call me 2 weeks later, telling me that I didnt get the job, and why.

The overall process is quite slow, after applying, I had to wait a lot for the first interview and then kept waiting for the results, I think they didn't do a good job of keeping the candidates engaged.
