I was informed that I would have to take a quick test of which had nothing to do with digital marketing or marketing in general. The test wasn't even job related, but I suppose it was entertaining. Afterwards I spoke to a woman who stated she was the owner of Endai. The woman was incredibly nice and well educated on digital marketing practices and standards. We spoke about generating organic traffic by using onsite and offsite SEO and eventually spoke about SEM. I was told that I would be contacted within a week, but never received a phone call or email. Despite my best efforts to contact the owner of endai (whom gave me her direct email), I never received a response.

Applied online, took an online assessment that was basically an IQ test, had a phone interview, took an online survey that was basically a personality quiz, and was told that there would be an in-person interview if they decided to move forward. The interview questions were mostly about yourself, probably to figure out how well you'd fit in with the company culture.
