Applied online, had a phone interview and a face to face. Wear a suit. They don't really care about your tech experience (they will train you) they just want to make sure you're willing to work unusual hours and you're not going to screw over your team by coming in late or refusing to do basic stuff like put equipment away properly.

Entrevista
I had two interviews. First was online second in person. First was informative and to get a sense of my experience. I got a great impression of the company and was eager to learn more. Second in person also went smoothly and I really enjoyed meeting some of the Team members and seeing the facilities.

Entrevista
I was interviewed by mean of HireVue and was given an opportunity to showcase my skills, experience, and personal talent regarding AV and technology experience. After being contacted for a second interview at the location I was personally interviewed by a Panel of directors, after during which I had all of my questions answered and was excited about the prospect of working with Encore Global.
