Bit of a waste of time really. I got a haircut, put my best clothes on, got there in time and generally tried to give positive answers to his questions, but the guy just generally tried to pick holes in my CV and talk badly about my current (awesome) job. He didn't seem to appreciate that I am in a position where I don't need to leave the nice job I already have and he seemed a bit butt hurt that I like my current job and wasn't bowing down to the might of PSAV. I was hoping he would try to sell the company and job to me but he didn't really have anything good to say about AVC, who have been bought over by PSAV (so expect to be treated like a bit of a number). Generally the interviewer was quite insulting and said I was never going to get to do awesome things at my current job.
