They were so disappointing. It was not an interview, it was a job description that made sure to scare you off. The position is called VIP Host but its actually a promoter position, RUNNER. they want to pay you min. wage. make you run 12 hours a day and make sure the only sales are done by the higher ups that have been there making the most anyway. Very cut throat. Its a shame. They talk about the Forbes Standards in the job search, but not one time is it even brought up at the time of interview. One would think they are going for a job that prides itself on customer service and class...This was a sleazy job and it changed my image of expectations from the Wynn all together. I guess mainly because of what the job post requested and what was actually presented was too different things. Pure deception.
