The CEO conducts the recruiting and hire process directly due to losing 2 HR reps who quit due to harassment (read review on main page) but he does the screening calls. 4 one on one interviews, 1 hour each. Then a 1 hour presentation to the CEO and COO. Questions basically to give them a full marketing package they can use, even if they do not hire you.

Entrevista
The CEO screens you and asks a lot of questions about your marketing style. He wants to be an influencer more than run an organization. I went through four interviews with their leadership. The forth and final interview was a presentation on your marketing strategy for Enara. These are actual situations so the work was real and could be used. They are using people for free information. In the end the GHOSTED ME. There should be a law against this type of candidate abuse.

They gave 5 "scenarios" and asked how you would deal with them from a marketing strategy perspective. They only wanted to know what I would do in that specific situation. I wish I could upload the exact scenarios.
