Received call from HR team for scheduling telephonic interview. HR got reference from one of the job portal. It was a technical round. The interviewer was asking questions from some online tutorials and was expecting to answer syntax only for elaborating topics. For someone with 5+ years of experience, syntax is not the key, but the process and purpose is. I felt they don't have much experienced people for taking interviews at least. Topics covered: core java, spring, hibernate, spring boot After the interview got a call that I've been shortlisted but never received any other communication after follow ups. Perhaps they were looking for someone with less expected ctc.

Interviewer is non technical and asking technical questions specially lady ,guy is technically sound . Lady shows her poor technicalities during interview . You can easily make her fool because she don't know anything her questions.
