The interview process consisted of three rounds, the first two technical and the last one with the founder. The technical rounds were basically focused on Java and other frameworks. After clearing all the rounds I was conveyed that they will proceed with the offer within a week. It has been two months and still no update from them. I followed up multiple times but first, they said the founders are traveling and kept on delaying and after that, they conveyed that the offer is on hold, after waiting one month for the offer. The process of extending the offer is extremely unorganized with no proper communication or update. Given it is a startup, it should be the opposite and decisions should be fast and transparent, but it is not the case here. Wasted a lot of time, and followed up so many times. Pretty bad experience.
