The interview was easy but also a waste of time. During the first interview, the owner/HR manager asks you generic questions about your work history, why you are interested in working with Emprise, etc. At the end of the interview, the owner said only a handful of applicants will get a second interview, which is a lie as everyone is invited for a second interview. I came back the next day and sat down with a training manager, and he explained what Emprise does, hours and payment structure. It's nothing more than a MLM/pyramid scheme. Your entire day consists of selling car wash products at various gas stations around town. When I asked the training manager specific questions about the job, he would often change the subject or he would give me very vague answers. At the end of the interview, you're given a "pop quiz" and you're asked to recite the core values of the business. The third interview is immediately after the pop quiz. During the third interview you sit down with the owner and he said someone from the company will call me at 8 p.m. to let me know if I got the job. At exactly 8 p.m. I received a call from a training manager and was offered the job. I turned it down, and I could hear the frustration in her voice.
