I had a 15 minute call describing the role and what I would be doing. After this call I had an hour long interview with two hiring managers who did a very great job explaining the role in depth and what steps I would further take.

Phone interview first, quick 20 minute conversation. He asked questions about experience and what I can bring to the table. He also asked me to speak in Spanish to make sure I understand and can speak it well.
