Phone call from a recruiter, then scheduled for phone call with department director. The recruiter was nice enough and really talked up the department director, how great he was. But, my interview with said director was horrible! He was very egotistical about what he did and how great he was and kept comparing the job to saving lives. He also told me I would be required to work overtime and I better be okay with that or he would stop the interview right there. I knew the role would require OT and was fine with it, but the way he phrased it and the tone of voice he used was just condescending. He also asked what books I was reading and essentially laughed at my reading selections, which were very diverse in nature but not financially-centric. The whole interview gave me a bad vibe, like if this is who works for the company there is no way I would want to work there! I withdrew from consideration at that point and did not wish to proceed any further with the interviewing process.

Entrevista
Lengthy with varied questions ranging from how to manage a team, what my vision, kind of projects i did, data handled, view on big data, conflict management etc.
I met the director of analytics and BI and then met the partner onshore along with 2 managers, who screened me via phone. Later I again met the director and the regional head.
Everyone seems to be very knowledgeable, knows the process and the questions were very apt. HR was also very responsive throughout and quick.
