Met with the President for a video interview. Second round interview involved another 1 hr video interview with the company President and 2 other employees who were not part of the HR/Talent Acquisitions Team. For third round I was asked to submit a written high level 30-60-90 day/GTM plan along with 9 other written questions. I never heard from the company again. I was ghosted. Followed up several times with the President and never received a response back, no email, no call. This company had lack of respect for my time and efforts and quite possibly may have been just seeking free consulting. If you have self respect and believe in integrity and dignity, I would highly avoid and not recommend interviewing with this company.
