Group Assessment centre with approx 12 others. Took most of the day however provided a deep insight into the role, expectations, rewards as well as the opportunity to show my personality and knowledge. This involved group activities, individual testing, role-plays and, for those who fitted the criteria, a one on one interview. By the end of the process, I know it was the job for me and, fortunately, I was a good fit for what they were looking for. All in all, a time-efficient process for all concerned.
