I had a recruiter for the company call me. Second step was talking to the Finance Manager. He asked me some questions you would find yourself answering if you were interviewing for Google. "How many gas stations are in the U.S." He's not looking for a correct answer, just a thought process. He then proceeded to tell me that the work culture is family oriented that they're so close, they visit each others houses. I told him I like to keep my professional and personal life separately. He didn't seem fond of that. Although I was passed along to the third interview, with the manager of the Finance manager, I didn't take it. Very kind people, just not the company culture for me.
The process is:
First- Recruiter call
Second- Manager video call
Third- Regional Manager video call
Fourth- CFO call
Fifth- Excel test
