Started the process at the beginning of the month and went through multiple rounds with the hiring manager, associates, and HR. Then ..... nothing. Not a single word, email, or phone call for over 30 days. After which an email asking for availability to “move forward with the process.” Really? After ghosting for over a month you want to move candidates forward? This place appears to lack composure and professionalism. Senior data engineers work very hard to make it in an industry that is constantly evolving and requiring never ending studying and learning. Treat them with a bit more respect with regards to their time.
