I applied online, then was called and asked to come in and be tested. I tested on my personality, then I had to fill out a different application. I then spoke to the HR Rep, who then set me up with an interview with the Order Management Supervisor. I had to submit a drug test, background check and sign a confidentiality agreement. I also signed an offer letter stating my wages and start date.
