1:1 with manager. The company has massive turn over and will hire largely anyone on the presumption of "churn and burn". If you can pass a background screen and drug test and graduated high school you should be good to go largely. It's a numbers game to them.

2 or 3 chats and then you’re hired … but need to create an LLC first and then set up a bank account and then they can pay you … not too hard and the representative was very nice
The recruiter was awesome. Once I started I talked to the top agent in the market. What he was making didn't match what was said by the recruiter. Was disappointed.
