I reached the "final stage" of their interview process (a web seminar talking about the company) and the interviewer mentioned that this job isn't for those that are "too lazy" to put in 100% effort. I then got a call back this afternoon offering me the job and when I explained I'd been offered another opportunity so would be turning it down (albeit after asking about their part time option) I was told "it would have been great if you'd opened with that so we didn't waste 10 minutes on the phone". Absolute shock. When asking about their part time option they said this option wasn't being offered to anyone but students as they were "genuinely studying" despite it being listed online. I was also asked for one thing my friends would say about me, but to "keep it PG" which was very unsettling as I was the youngest female in the (untold) group interview. All in all, the environment feels incredibly toxic and the mask slipped very quickly during the interview process, who knows how much worse it would have been if I'd gotten further
