Straight forward, initial and 2nd interview took place within 2 hours. First is a 1 on 1 in which you get to know the basics of the company. Second interview was an hour long at a coffee shop in which they detail what and how they go about their sales techniques and how you would fit in, including your advancements. I felt as though they move along the candidates they want really fast in order to make you a decision as soon as possible. Outdoor sales is what they are looking for, going door to door and they are straightforward with you.

Easy two virtual interviews that anyone can do, the interview was pretty basic. Didn't really describe the job very well. Talked about himself and the work environment a lot. Overall, very simple and straightforward interview process.
