I spoke with the CEO - she asked a few standard questions, but seemed put off that I also had questions. Proceeded to tell me “I don’t believe in a work-life balance” and that “salary is based on how well the company is doing and whether or not [she] felt a connection/liked your personality”. She was 10 minutes late and hung up in the middle of the interview. She’s had 3 assistants in the past year.
