The interview process was lengthy and involved multiple steps, but ultimately felt like a waste of time. After investing significant effort, I was told I was not qualified despite holding a master’s degree and having relevant experience. The process felt very impersonal and robotic, with little indication that candidates were being evaluated holistically. If the qualifications were not a match, that could have been determined much earlier in the process. I would encourage the company to streamline its hiring process and communicate expectations more clearly to avoid wasting applicants’ time.
