They introduce themselves, tell you about the position, and ask for you to introduce yourself. They ask the general scenario questions but I made sure to use examples related to the revenue cycle industry in healthcare to show my experience. Even if you have little to no experience, look at the job responsibilities and see where your skills correlate when giving examples.
