I applied to Emory Decatur Hospital 2-3 weeks prior to hearing back about interviewing. Once my interview was set I had an extremely positive experience and felt a strong connection with employees there. The questions asked were all skill/ situational based questions. They want to know how you would intervene in pt or provider conflicts. Even if I am not offered the position I was given a good timeline on expectations and when I should hear back from a recruiter. I would definitely recommend applying and interviewing with Emory to anyone it seems like they are truly a progressive hospital and there are many opportunities for growth.
