They just hire without asking any job-relevant questions or any questions that really help them get to know who they are hiring. Sounds like a company that isn't serious about their business, so I decided not to move forward.

What role are you interested in? Do you have any previous work experience? Are you willing to relocate? If so, where? Very basic questions which I responded to just as plainly as the questions were laid out to me and then was told that I'd be hired lol
