One of the best interviews I've ever attended!! It was June 2021, I just graduated from masters and was looking for jobs that interest me. After a long grueling job hunt, I received offers from multiple organizations and after much deliberation, I chose to join Emma. These are the rounds that I had to go through before being offered a permanent position. 1. Fill out an application, which was comprehensive and creative, unlike other standard job applications you do. 2. An online assessment consisting of Numerical, Verbal and Logical reasoning. 3. A screening interview with the Talent Acquisition Executive. Once I cleared this, I had 3 progressive interviews on the same day! 4. An interview to assess strategic fit and motivation to join the organization, also a couple of case studies. The interview was very interactive and insightful. 5. Interview to assess personality and traits that would help compliment the team and role. 6. Final interview with the respective team head and mostly chance for you to tell them something that's not on your resume. Like how you can bring value to the team, etc. After these progressive interviews, I got an offer within 2 days. The entire process took around 2 weeks, from application to offer. Probably the fastest and most efficient interview process I'll ever attend.
