The interview process was pretty basic. Introductions and then all behavioral questions from there. The representative mentioned that they only have approximately 8-10 staffed consultants and then they contract everyone else out for their services. At the end of the interview process I did find it absolutely unprofessional what was asked of me. This firm is searching for business/projects to obtain and the representative asked if I knew of any organizations that could use Emerson Human Capital Consulting services. Was really turned off by being asked a question like that. Glad I did not provide them with anyone so they can poach organizations unwillingly.
