It was scheduled through a consultant.There were 3 rounds of technical interviews where technical and team management specific questions were asked.But it took long time and lots of coordination effort to complete this process. May be 2-3 weeks or more.

My Interview went on for 45 mins. It went smooth. The question asked were strictly according to JD. Panel was very Polite. Starting from the HR scheduling the interview till interview it was very fair experience.

Received call from HR to schedule interview. Call went through the details of the job, gave info about their upcoming merger to put it on my radar, and discussed openly any questions I had about the position, including salary. Very upfront and honesty about everything.

The interview process was quick, quite difficult and provides updates with the applicant. The interviewers are smart, easy to talk to and compassionate which reflects my view of the company.
