There were three interviews and then an online assessment. Initially, there was a phone interview, then you will need to answer an online assessment that tests your cognitive skills, personality, etc. Then a panel interview that involves your immediate supervisor, then final interview with POC.

Applied online and received an email a week later about setting up a phone interview. Phone interview was an overview of experience and what the company was looking for. Received an invitation two days later about scheduling an in person interview. In person interview was very relaxed and the hiring manager and other engineers gave me a tour of the facility. Received an offer 2 weeks later
