I applied on their website. Their recruiter reached out by email for me to complete an assessment first. The assessment was around personality, logic, and spatial intelligence. The next step was to spend 1 hour testing a website and recording all the defects I found on a spreadsheet. After that was an interview with the recruiter. Then a technical interview to assess my knowledge around software development and QA. Lastly, a longer interview with the QA Manager and her boss. Although the interview process was longer than most, it was well thought out, and gave me the sense that they really want the best people working with them.
