Submit application, do an IQ test. The IQ test is administered online by testgorilla and they record you as you take it. (I wonder if this company has had issues with discrimination in its history.)
The process isn't so bad because at least they let you know one way or the other rather quickly. Much better than other places that ghost candidates.

Then an IQ test.
Reached out within a day to request I perform an evaluation. The evaluation was mostly personal questions and a difficult sql coding section. I did not expect to know SQL for this role and didn't pass.
