The process included: Codility problems, pre-screening call, personality test, and coding assignment. In my opinion, the coding assignment was poorly chosen and the interaction with the interviewer was unpleasant, he refused to clarify the requirements for the coding assignment (a red flag). I was really upset about wasted time, normally coding assignments allow you to learn or try something new. This one was unpaid, boring and useless. The only reason I completed the task is that it was one of few companies offering remote work at the time. In retrospect, I was lucky to be rejected.
