6. Salary Negotiation: Countered initial salary offer and fresh offer with raise of $ 2,000 offered. FElt Embraer was trying to low ball me... candidate. Requested them to review the offer.
7. Followed up with Hiring Manager who requested for a salary figure even if was $ 250,000 annual. Upon providing a reasonable figure, received a response if I was willing to settle for less. Requested their best offer and never heard back.
Folks at Embraer appeared to very employee friendly and nice. However, they were just unwilling to negotiate for their best candidate.
