Had an initial screening call with the Talent Lead then completed a take home technical test. After that I had a technical interview with members of the development team where we discussed the tech test and my experience more generally. Lastly a product/culture focused interview followed immediately by a chat with the two co-founders. Received my offer ~2 hours afterwards. Really positive experience throughout, communication was open and faster and everybody involved was very welcoming. Very happy to receive and accept the job offer.
