All hiring done from their online web site www.hiltonfamily.jobs Was called for face-to-face interview 2 days after application. Interview was the following week. Interview questioning was situationally based (i.e., "tell me the last time you...") and hosted by who would be your supervisor. Was called a few days later with the good news and went in the next day to fill out forms for a conditional backgroung and drug test.

The interview process was quick and to the point. I was shown around the front desk area where guest are checked in and also given a tour around the hotel. I was asked general customer service questions.
