Submitted my resume. HR reached out via call, and then proceeded with HR interview, followed by a technical exam specifically about the job. It had sample data from the possible things I would do for the job and they wanted to see a sample of how I would 'answer'. I think it was about 5 questions. Then interview with the manager. Got a job offer and signed it. It was pretty straight forward.

Fast. Written exam which is the same nature of the job, reading and writing. Exam has enough time. Questions were relevant to work, and just the right difficulty. College level questions.

Just the right amount of assessment. Had two exams which are relevant to the job, very similar to the day to day tasks at work. Fast hiring process, quick responses from the recruiter after every stage.
